Forming one of the original units carved out of a former victorian dog biscuit factory and warehouse, the ‘Spratt’s Complex’. There are new eateries and coffee shops opening all the time and a brand new gym has appeared just over the canal.

Limehouse Cut offers entry to the marvellous hidden world of London’s canal network. Walk, run or bike down the Limehouse Cut tow path to the Limehouse Basin where it meets up with the Regent’s Canal. The opposite direction takes you past historic Three Mills Island, now a major film studio, to Olympic Park and the funky restaurants and craft breweries of Hackney Wick and Here East.

Canary Wharf is only a short hop on the DLR, with access to a wide selection of upmarket restaurants, bars and historic dockers pubs. The area is very well connected to both central London and Canary Wharf, with the DLR at Langdon Park only a few minutes walk connecting straight to Canary Wharf. The newly opened Elizabeth Line at Canary Wharf, also offers rapid connections to Central London and Heathrow Airport.

Alternatively head in the other direction and Stratford International via the DLR, links to the Central Line and London Overground.
