Stunning Limehouse Cut warehouse.
Pretty much every square foot of this impressive, 3rd-floor warehouse space in East London is entirely usable.
The very essence of warehouse life is that all important open plan space, which this place has in abundance But what really impressed us when we first visited, was the beautiful, recently fitted, highly polished wooden flooring. This is, without doubt, a master feature and captures the overall feel of the apartment perfectly. Combined with the fabulously high ceilings, light bounces in everywhere.
The two bedrooms, placed either side to your right as you push through from the front door, separated by the generous dining area. This gives a nice sense of division if the property is co-owned and two full-time bedrooms are required.
Naturally, the kitchen area is open to the dining area, but also the living space, which is found towards the front of the apartment and sat comfortably next to large window and door, opening out on the private balcony.
The bathroom is tucked away neatly next to the lobby area by the front door.
Outside, you really get a sense of why this cluster of imposing, industrial warehousing,(and former pet food factory), is such a mecca for the creative crowd. There’s a strong community here, made up of lots of artists and music based individuals.
The property boasts a parking space, although with transport links, such as the DLR, Bromley by Bow Tube and some excellent bus routes you’ll likely just need a car to venture into town slightly to visit the weekend haunts of choice, like Shoreditch, Broadway Market and Spitalfields.
