    This apartment was one of the biggest in the building. In fact, it was actually two properties combined, bought by the old owner when the building was first converted from an old college to residential spaces.

  • What we did

    The sales market was quite tricky, stamp duty reforms and Brexit played on peoples minds. We targeted the local market rather than a “scattergun”, approach.

  • The results

    Buyers found who had lived locally for many years and we’re downsizing. Not the most straightforward of sales, but, with patience and determination, completion took place in March 2018.
