Life in London Bridge

Having just been working on yet another completely, “off market”, deal in SE1, some of my time over the last few months has been spent trawling the less explored parts of Londons most fashionable quarters.

Occasionally, I’ll step out of, “agency”, mode and into, dare I say it, “tourist”, mode. When your professional life revolves around the manic day-to-day workings of a busy London property company, it’s easy to forget that it’s the energetic buzz & diversity of this place, is the very reason you’re swamped with people who want to live here. London may still be seemingly gripped in the midst of a post Brexit meltdown, but from where we’re sitting there doesn’t seem to be any let up in demand to live here, especially when it comes to rental.

So, on a drizzly Saturday, an impromptu family outing was tagged on to the back of a quick client meeting near Borough Market. Two caffeine bombs later, and we’re mooching around, falling in love with with property all over again. I’m waxing lyrical about this building, that apartment and where we’re going to live once the kids have left home!

Once upon a time, London bridge was just a gateway to the city, not glamorous, not cool, not sexy.
Not anymore, not by a long way.

If you’re hankering for a slice of the action, if you want to live here, please get in contact, I’m always talking with people who are thinking of moving on and potentially have that dream pad, whether to be a purchase or a leased option.
