Unique Property Company has always occupied a wonderfully singular niche. We are drawn to homes that sit just beyond the ordinary – those the mainstream tends to overlook or find, quite frankly, a little perplexing.
Within the sphere of properties we represent, two distinct genres consistently captivate.
The first: urban lofts and warehouse conversions – spaces defined by their honesty and texture. Industrial bones, open-plan simplicity, an effortless coolness, and, if you are lucky, a glimpse of the river beyond.
The second: the Georgian house. These repaired and quietly magnificent homes, brimming with atmosphere and ingenuity, represent, for many, the pinnacle of domestic grace. Their layered histories are tangible – reminders of craftsmanship, restraint, and London’s enduring narrative etched into every cornice and sash window.
It is the latter that brings me to introduce our forthcoming companion brand, and a personal passion of mine: Georgian Houses of London. In partnership with Stephen Bull, he and I will, over the coming years, devote ourselves to London’s finest Georgian homes. Together, we aim to celebrate their architecture, their heritage, and their makers and, naturally, to assist those wishing to sell or acquire these remarkable buildings.
